This is a nice outdoorsy property. Very clean. It's for people who know Cozumel and don't want to spend a fortune on accommodation but just want a nice clean, quiet comfortable place to stay with a nice pool and walking distance to activities and food. Half-sized fridges or larger in each room with modern TV.

The pool and the grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept although it is an older property it is very charming. The location is in my opinion great because it is quiet but still a short cab ride to town (5 minutes).

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the shower has a tub that pools water a bit. No breakfast when I was there as far as I could find...but perhaps due to some inclement weather.

The location is slightly too far to walk from ferry, recommend a taxi from ferry. But the staff and facility was awesome. Everything we expected from the pictures and more. Very nice place to stay.

Absolutely nothing. Price was fair. Staff was friendly and helpful. Locals near by were friendly.

Love this hotel. The grounds are very well maintained. Been coming off and on over the years. Great location great pool. staff are super friendly and very helpful. Good access to beach, several dive shops in the vicinity. Walking distance to several great restaurants.

It’s a little outdated in decor, the on-site restaurant is closed. The bed was a little uncomfortable

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They could use more drying surfaces, maybe a retractable or stationary bar for wet items, but the room was spacious.

I like the comfort of the bed, the size of the room, and the cleaning staff.

No water in the room replaced. Had to go down to the coffee area and re-fill my own bottles each day. No coffee maker in the room. No comfortable chairs in the room. The vanity and shower water is salt water. There is a lot of street noise constantly and every day I was awakened to the clanging of scuba tanks being moved around on concrete. Across the street was a very loud disco until 3 m one night. The internet is either spotty or not at all, but worked 75% of the time. There is no bar and no restaurant. There is no beach across the street. The beaches are a 30 minute, $25.00 taxi ride from the hotel.
