The location was great! The staff were super friendly and the bed was comfortable

I was kind of upset. We've stayed at this location twice previously and love our room stay and everything. This time we were in town for a friends wedding and my birthday so we decided to spend a little more money on a room to upgrade. The unfortunate part was the quality of the room went down even though we paid more. The shower situation was ridiculous a half glass wall which stopped 0 water from getting out so the bathroom floods everything time you take a shower. There was water damage on the walls due to that. The water pressure was so bad I had to go to my friends hotel to wash the conditioner out of my hair. As well as being placed in a front of hotel room on the ground floor so we couldn't have our windows open because on multiple occasions people came looking through our window. So it was a disappointing experience. Will Be more skeptical to book in the future.

The room was spacious and comfortable. My husband is still talking about the fabulous shower! The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is located conveniently enough to be able to walk to the center of town.

We love the room we stayed for 4 of us (a family with 2 adults sons). Spacious & clean. A bit noisy when the trains passed-by, but it is ok with us. We like to sit on the "common lounge" with beautiful view, complete with a microwave, coffee machine and sink to wash our dishes. There are a few restaurants next door. The staff is also helpful whenever we inquire something.
