Crown Beach Resort & Spa

The Buffet breakfast was really delightful. It included bacon, eggs, cereal and fruit. I loved the breakfast. The staff are always on hand to help out. I loved the staff members who were always happy and eager to assist. There is a washing machine near the front reception. The villas are clean and airy and fresh.

There was nothing here not to like. I have no complaints. There were no problems.

We struggled to get hot water at times Snorkel gear was unavailable till second last day The place looked old and tired and had no heart / soul. Staff were ok but did not seem happy to be there! Took multiple emails to organise airport transfer Potentially could have been a far better experience

Our villa with pool was amazing! The kitchenette was a bonus.

The main pool needs an upgrade. It was disappointing.

Great quiet location but easy access to local buses.Wonderful friendly helpful staff.

THE SHOWER or rather the lack of water to the shower. Cold water was ok but hot was the worst ever.A trickle at best followed by periods of no water at all. Hot trickle was barely warm.To the point I had to use a face washer and boil the kettle to get water into the hand basin and sponge bathe.Totally unacceptable for the big $$$$ I paid. Noisey loud music in the lounge area .As there was only our family group there we asked for it to be turned down or off . Supervisor over ruled and lovely lady had to turn it back on whilst appologising.

Restaurant was absolutely terrific. Our meal was perfect. Compliments to the chef & staff.
