Staff are friendly

We’re supposed to check in at 2pm room was not ready until approximately 2.30pm No wifi in room at all my daughter was upset about this.

Bar and restaurant and front desk staff awesome

The Staff were exceptional at reception, Oceanside Restaurant, maintenance, and Spa 👌

Overhearing other guests moaning about minor things, eg, intermittent internet, roosters. Also complained that my grandson was in the pool, and he did not get in the pool. He walked up to our villa 14 after being in the lagoon with us and stood by the pool. This moaner was outside our villa on the loungers. He needs a chill pill. There was another guest in the restaurant staring at a guest who wore a ta moko on his face - who later said to his wife, "He shouldn't be allowed in here." 🙄 People like that should stay home 🤔

Lovely and quiet, very relaxing. Staff were very friendly, helpful & relaxing. Resort needs upgrade, it’s a little tired. Food was lovely.

Quiet, breakfast was good

If there is one thing to improve, it’s having easier deck chairs to get in/out off. They are very low to the ground. This comment isn’t a property issue - we booked a taxi from the resort to airport. Reception told us it would be $25. Taxi driver hit us up for $40. We told him we were told it should be $25, he didn’t budge. Not sure if we were ripped off, or misunderstanding.

Location right by the beach was great.

Aircon in room was not working, so moved rooms, first into an ocean front room, and then into another garden view room. Could have been handled better by the staff.

Loved the quiet nature of the Crown. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very calming and respectful. Checking in early was not a problem. We were welcomed and able to leave our luggage safely while we explored the island before checking into our room. Nothing was a problem.

The sunset of course is great! The drinks are nice. The beach is great to have as well as the pool. Breakfast options was delicious. Staff suoer friendly. Was an overall great stay.

The private pool and complete privacy in the court yard area was a complete winner for me. I will definately return to this place.
