Wonderful location and such a great especially made special by the fantastic staff - especially Asena and Lucky

There was no wifi unit was very old and tired. Some staff were not very rude and the breakfast buffet was very inconsistent. The pool was not clean. We would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.

Great room, great beach, great staff, great facilities, great location.

Food was good but not great. Wouldn't stop me from coming back though.

The staff was super friendly. The bungalows are very spacious with a living room area, kitchen, good size bathroom and nice size bedroom. Great location on the west side of the island so you are sheltered from the wind. Great location for viewing the sunsets and seeing the whales

The grounds need a little TLC. But that is a very minor point.

The location the beach the meals were lovely the layout of the villa Staff are beautiful and friendly and really make the place.

Our villa was right at front of property backing onto car park and where all the chooks and roosters live, so very noisy, all night about every half hour the roosters. Also maintenance of the ponds around the property or lack of, has such potential but not looked after, along with the gardens.

Our stay at Crown Beach Resort was exceptional. The beachfront villa was beautifully appointed, combining comfort and understated elegance. The resort has recently transitioned to new ownership, and it is clear the team are working hard to restore it to its former glory -though in truth, very little was amiss. The staff were warm, gracious, and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel welcome at every turn. Dining was another highlight; the evening meals at Crown Beach was easily some of the best we experienced in Rarotonga fresh, flavourful, regional cusine and consistently outstanding. It was far superior to the overpriced and underwhelming meals we had at On the Beach (OTB) for example. Breakfast was a buffet - nothing out of he ordinary, but a great choice. Altogether, Crown Beach Resort offered a truly memorable experience that exceeded expectations. We look forward to returning. I just wish we had sun loungers on our deck - that is being pedantic, but it would have been nice at $550 a night.

Amazing resort to relax and chill out with my family. Everyone who worked there was very approachable and accomodating not to mention Happy. Thank you to our massage ladies, who were soo lovely and made our experience at Spa Ariki the best. Thank you ☺️
