It convenient

Its more of an apartment for long term guests. Lots of dogs that bark alot. The room and bed was clean and comfortable but it shows a small kitchen - ZERO plates, cups, utensils or pans. Breakfast is to go muffins. Very disappointed.

Lobby doors need to be fixed

The location

No hot water in the sink in the bathroom only in the tub. Who wants to shave with cold water? Puddle of something on the stairs between the second and third floor that smelled the entire three nights that I was there the puddle remained. The manager on duty when I checked in, had an attitude and then had an attitude the next day as well when I booked two additional nights. The bathtub leaked day and night The key cards only worked whenever they felt like it on the outside doors, I would have to try and try and try and then when it failed I would have to go around to another door and try and try and try and when it would fail, I’d have to go to another door Overall, it was a terrible stay

Location

Staff Manager on duty was nasty. Stairwell C stunk like piss. There was a puddle on the steps between floor 2C and 3C all three days. The key card only opened the outside doors when it felt like it. I had to walk around several times. Bathtub dripped the entire time. The sink stopper was stuck in the drain and the sink filled with water every time it was used. There was no hot water at the sink. Who wants to shave with cold water?

I arrived after midnight, there was no one at the desk for check in. I had to bang on the employee break room to get someone to come out, then the rep seemed annoyed. There is no one at the front desk on most days which is weird.The lobby itself is dated and at times not welcoming - the place definitely needs some updating - the rooms are outdated as well. If you are looking for a place to just sleep, this would be it-nothing else really stands out.

When I first checked in, I was charged extra for a room which was large larger than what I had initially booked ahead of time. Basically at the time check-in, the type of room my book was sold out, and I was charged extra for reasons of having to stay in a different room. The staff member who checked me in, was not so great at her job. But luckily, some other staff member the next day, helped me out and further resolved matters for me. Also, I contacted an Expedia agent regarding getting a refund for the extra payment I had to make, and they all turned out well in the end.
