The list is long about what I did not like. First of all the elevator did not work and our room was on the third floor, and we are 80 years old. Second of all when I did attempt to climb the stairs the second level was occupied by what looked like a vagrant in the stairway. Third they were police everywhere. At least two cars were outside the hotel and three policeman were in and out of the lobby, presumably in pursuit of someone in the area, they made several trips into the hotel lobby to speak to the manager. Last even though I understood this was not a refundable stay. I did ask for my money back because I could not stay there. I never entered the room I returned the keys back to the manager and he promptly re-rented that room, so it was no loss to the hotel or rather they got paid twice for the same room a totally unacceptable experience.

in 5 days I. stay there no room service at all I. ask the staff for a clean towels they told me to go get it my self .toilet was clog. I. report and they give me a plunge.. the staff is not help full at all.. in front desk there employees acting like they don't care about any problems.. don't recommend this place to no one ever is bad reputation for Expedia. the reason I. did it change is they refuse to give the money back..I don't take any pictures because I. did it think about you going to asking me I. was thinking to do a report my self and posted in social media. even in motels they have a better services

Worst Stay Ever – Avoid This Place I had a terrible experience at this Extended Stay America in Washington, DC. The elevator was broken,forcing me to carry all my luggage up and down the stairs—super inconvenient, especially with an infant. The kitchen had no utensils,and I had to practically beg the receptionist to get just one. To top it off, the property was dirty,including the entrance, which gave off a bad first impression. For the price, I expected way better service and basic amenities. Definitely not recommending this place!

24/7 front desk, the receptionist was very nice, and they allowed a late check out.

The first room we were given was assigned to another person and we had to change rooms. The elevator was out, so we had to carry everything up to the top floor. All of this would have been fine, but the room we had was not very clean at all. Someone had clearly been smoking in the bathroom before us, and the floor had trash, including a used condom wrapper under the bed! (Its in the picture I addded) It was a lot of little things that added up to make this a place I would not recommend again.

You get what you pay for. Could be economical but low staffing and sketchy guests abound. Breakfast is bare minimum and facilities are barely cleaned. While I was there, elevator did not work. And parking lot was over crowded with cars that were not linked to hotel guests.
