The only good thing is the location, 12 from the IAD

Someone was smoking in the room before I got there I had to stay there because I didn't have another choice, they say that the wifi is free but once you're trying to connect with the wifi you have to pay per 1 hour

Awful experience. The sink was clogged from Day 1, and it took repeated complaints to fix. Next day, the power went out for 8+ hours—no lights, AC, or WiFi. The next day, the elevator was broken, and I had to carry heavy bags down 3 flights of stairs. Management and staff Totally unresponsive and unhelpful. Avoid this place.

The property was clean and I got bedbugs in my room and 333. I woke up every morning with new bites all over my body.

The 1st room had cat pee smell in room and dried blood on white sheets on bed Although the manager took care of it made us uneasy a.d should not have been charged the $ that we were. It will not let me upl9ad the pictures

Place is very basic, no frills. Clean, quiet, good shower and AC. Elevator not working. No towel racks in bathroom. Reading lamp and nightstand on only one side of bed. Pillows FLAT! Only 5 hangers in closet. Asked for kitchen ware, could only give us one fork. Breakfast was coffee, hot water, instant oatmeal and Nutragrain bars in lobby, nowhere to even sit. But, like I said, if all you care about is clean and quiet, a good place. Restaurants in walking distance.
