Quality Inn Homewood Birmingham I-65

This hotel is old and way past time for renovations. Non-smoking room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Front desk employees were unfriendly and not helpful at all. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a very good stay I will be back

The front desk clerk was very rude in hamdling the check in & check out process. She was very unfriendly & there was a lack of professionalism. Television in room was dysfunctional. Towels were dirty.

The stay was nice but the issue i had was the air. The room wasnt cool enough because the air wasn't working properly. So i couldn't sleep good at all.

The guy at the front desk very unpleasant. I booked a King bed room with a sofa bed as stated on the app. When I went to the room not sofa so I went back to the front desk. The guy at the desk became upset when I asked him and he said “We don’t have a sofa” I’m like well Sir that’s what my description said I was charged for and I have my kids as well. At that point I wasn’t about to argue and I said whatever and me and my Family went to sleep.

Property rundown. Doesn't look like the picture. Needs updated. Wouldn't let my feet touch the carpet, although I did take a shower. The only good thing was that I was not complacent about not touching things that I thought may have been dirty. Unlike being at a place where it looks clean but isn't.
