Quality Inn Homewood Birmingham I-65

Wasn’t the cleanest BUT they were extremely accommodating and worked with the check-in issues that we had.

Placed a 15-20% hold on your card for incidentals. Then take up to two week for it to some off if there are none. Busy place, many truckers use for rest stop then get shuttled back to trucks. Nice seeing the activity. Room was clean. On third (top) floor and ceiling has many water marks from where leaked. Smoke free facility. No odors. Just an older well used building right off the expressway so super convenient

Horrible place. Not a safe area, and my credit card was hacked at this hotel, only places I used it.

I didn't like my bath and sink area.The rug was dirty.

They need to pull up the carpet. Because they accept pets, fleas or ticks could be there. My daughter had a tick attached to her leg. Yikes. She's only 6 so she just knew it hurt and had no clue it was a parasite

Good location, decent property, the room was a huge disappointment as it smelled of old cigarette smoke and after one night there I had to check out and all my belongings smelled like that room. Its a completely ns property and the hall was fresh smelling and nice till you opened the door and walked in, it was overwhelming. The staff every single person I came in contact with was pleasant and professional.

Poor internet. Good breakfast. Air conditioner made lots of noise
