Room was spacious and clean.

Mattress's were too soft and the bed frame it was on made the bed move alot. Pressure from shower head was terrible. Super low flow. I mean, how is it possible to be taking a shower and your body still be cold?

Firstly incorrect room assigned. After informed about that they gave us our room with queen bed, but the room was after renovation- dirty (no cleaning was done at all), didnt have a trash bin, had a strong odor (paint/silicone). I told them that this is not acceptable, they told me that they cannot do nothing, offered to clean it and spray some deodorant to have better smell. Asked if we can get some other room - said no, as all other rooms are booked (also the one they gave us on first time), that was odd as this happened during like 5 min? We sailed to stay in that room, as we didn't have other options. Waited for the receptions to come clean it, as during 5 min nothing happened, went for a walk/store. After we came back the receptionist finished "cleaning" the room. But he missed the lavatory and quite some spots in the room, so it was still dirty and still there was no trash bin 😄 not the best experience we expected, seemed that they honestly didn't care much and didn't want to help. Not good price/performance. 😐

Love staying here! The room is always clean and the balcony view is amazing!

Kinda sad breakfast is no longer available but La Serena so close to everything at makes up for it.

早餐很好吃，老板姐姐人也超级好，我们本来订错了日期，姐姐临时帮我们协调，免去了我们“露宿街头”的风险。房间装修也很有风格，小猫咪超级可爱，喜欢喜欢！！
