The location is great

I’ve stayed here quite a few times now, and the staff has always been so pleasant, except for this time. The front lady who helped us with check in was extremely rude. I believe her name is Wendy and quite frankly she is not the right person to be working the front desk. We arrived early initially, there was a gentlemen helping us who notified us that our room wasn’t quite ready, that it would be another 15-20 minutes. We left and came back an hour later and the room still wasn’t ready. By then I was annoyed, given that it was almost an hour past check in time. She didn’t greet us, and instead had an attitude about how they were short staffed. She stated she would go check to see how much longer, and in the middle of doing, another customer walked in and started helping him. Her tone was a lot more warmer towards him, and he surprisingly his room was ready. Ten minutes later when she got back to helping me, she went right back to her lousy tone. Given the amount of money we’ve spent here, I don’t think we’ll be back again simply because of how awful her service was. In the past, Paul (I believe he’s the owner) has helped us and has always been so warm and welcoming. However, I don’t think he cares enough about the decline of the rating to do something about it. If you read the other reviews, you’ll see several other guests have also complained about her. I could get past them no longer serving breakfast (something I looked forward to as a mother to 3 littles) but bad service is where I draw the line. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place until they get it together and do something about this lousy employee.

Sehr netter Empfang, Lage gut, parken Kostenlos, Zimmer groß und gut...alles was man braucht bei einem Motel.... eventuell zu beachten sind die Check Inn Zeiten....ggf. Motel kontaktieren wenn man später ankommt
