Very clean room. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Room did not have a coffee maker.

Location, close to the event we were attending and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Location and view are perfect

The continental breakfast is terrible! No fruit, the pastries were out of boxes or packages. The cereal was it!

It was clean and my grandson loved the pool

When other children came to the pool. The parent wasn't watching them and they were very rude to my grandson. Such as, cutting in front of him on the diving board etc

The view was great, the kindness of the house keeper, and close to the national park

The toilet was very very low , for seniors,my husband cut his finger on the toilet seat, cause it came loose,and the shower head could use some update and the refrigerator froze the pop, and they came and lowered the temperature and it didn't do anything

Staff was exceptionally friendly. Rooms were very clean and location was great being right in the middle of townsend. Pool was clean, good sized, and the diving board they had was fun. No stairs to have to carry your luggage up and down either. Overall a good value place to stay.

Rooms were a little outdated but not a huge issue since they keep everything very clean. No hot tub by pool. My only major gripe was the "Continental breakfast" that only consisted of bagels/bread, Cheerios, and boiled eggs. They'd be better off not doing breakfast to be honest. Or at least getting a cheap waffle maker and offering a few meats besides the boiled eggs. Luckily there is a pancake house right across the street that was great though!
