Highland Manor Inn

Really enjoyed our stay with clean room with hot tub, majestic views of smokies from balcony and easy access to Cades cove. Loved this place. Rooms were clean, Hosts were super helpful and friendly.

very nice place once again, we loved it, I hope the ederly maid got somehelp as she works her tail off cleaning the rooms and a sweet lady, good small breakfast with boiled eggs and muffins

The rooms are clean but very outdated. The refrigerator is very small and not very cold. The water pressure was so strong that I felt like I had been beaten. Breakfast (if you can call it that) was very basic. Coffee was weak. Staff said they were short-handed and couldn't find help. We had to ask for clean towels. The female owner was rude! But the younger staff member at the front desk was very nice. One of our group members got to the hotel late and had to sleep in their car because the office closed at 8 PM. Another 2 couples arrived and were told their reservations had been canceled. Neither one had canceled the reservations. So much for small-town, family-owned customer service.

We have stayed here twice now, and will be staying here again for the 3rd time in October (I’m from PA!!)! Such a nice little hotel in a wonderful little town! It’s more cozy here, but still close to the mountains and to the other attractions, and the drive is beautiful! It’s always been clean, has a great pool, lovely balcony, and is cozy, especially for a motel! Can’t wait to stay in this awesome town and cute motel again!

Would highly recommend staying here! The entire staff was friendly and accomodating. Location was great! Near the Smokey but away from the gimmicks in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Very disappointing. The rooms smelt musty, the accommodations were spartan. The "breakfast' was perhaps the worst ever, should not provide breakfast if the orange juice is Tang! I know it is close to Smoky Mountain national Park, but rates were high, especially since it was 3/4 empty and off season. Would not recommend.

Setting, balcony and quiet!

A clean and quiet hotel close to the Great Smoky Mountains entrance and the Tuckaleechee Caverns. Staff was very helpful and respectful. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay and to be close to nature, you would enjoy it as much as we did.

The owners and staff were so friendly and courteous.

More fresh fruit and food at breakfast buffet.
