Enjoyed our stay! Very clean! Owners/management go above and beyond to accommodate their guest. Will definitely come back!

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Shower had good amount of hot water and pressure. The AC in our room never cycled, but it did keep the room comfortable. Breakfast was continental, with bagels, muffins, bread for toasting and cereal. I would have thought they would run out of some items however there always seems to be enough to feed everyone. I don't know if the muffins are cooked in house or at a bakery, but the blueberry muffins they had one day were really good. The location is across the street from a large breakfast restaurant that opens early and the motel is close to Cades Cove (~30 min).

My wife said that the bed was too hard, I like a firm bed, so it was fine for me. Wish that breakfast started earlier for the benefit of people who want to get to Cades Cove when it opens. Had to wait in line to get breakfast items because they are all in one small area. It was a long walk from out room to the office for breakfast and also to the ice machine that is up the hill. Wish that this and all motels had handheld shower wands.

Next door room was given a key to our room by mistake. Luckily we were sat outside when they arrived and were able to direct them back to reception to correct the error.

This is a gem of a motel in one of the most beautiful little towns in USA. Rooms are very clean and well appointed - good shower, good bed, nice little fridge and microwave. Simple but very correct continental breakfast. Coffee is better than most of the little coffee houses in Townsend. If you are in Townsend for the Park and the beauty, you don't need more than this.

The room was clean but it was a little outdated. The bed was wonderful. The lady at check in was absolutely wonderful. Just stayed 1 night would recommend.

Staff was great. When my account got cancelled at the hospital one day into our stay I was told they would not refund my money because they needed 72 hour cancellation notice. I get that it needs to be cancelled 72 hours before the reservation starts but NOT during it. No other hotel does this. The rooms were clean but had a damp odor. Breakfast was different breads and cold cereal. Plan on finding a restaurant if you want eggs.

Parking was not the best. Pickup parked right in front of the stairs.
