"It was ok. We didn't spend much time in the room anyway. The point of the trip was to see family."

It was close to a lot of hiking trails and good restaurants.

Didn't realize the view was going to be the front of my car. Expected a little more for the breakfast. Yogurt and some fruit? It was handy to have the pancake house right across the street.

"Worth the money and time spent"

Cleanliness of the room, friendliness of the staff, swimming pool, lobby, and close proximity to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Cades Cove.

Rooms could use some more updating, more and better options on TV, softer mattresses on the beds, and perhaps consider converting the kiddie pool into a hot tub.

"Clean, quiet, comfortable"

It is quiet and clean. The room is overall comfortable and I like that it’s all one level.

I don’t have anything I don’t like. This is our second stay. The only improvement that I’d like would be to update the bathrooms. The toilets are small and short. Definitely not a big issue for us, but it would be a good improvement to make.
