We arrived at the hotel and it was closed. There was wires hanging down. No correspondence from Booking.com about the issue.

Hanno comunicato di aver cambiato nome ma in realtà è cambiato proprio hotel... Decisamente più lontano da dove avevo prenotato. Ho pagato 7 letti per 7 persone ma ne ho avuti 6... 7 tasse di soggiorno naturalmente! Il ragazzo alla reception molto maleducato dice che non può farci nulla perché ha solo stanze da due.... Ma non hanno pensato di comunicarlo prima... Alla fine ci da una stanza da condividere con un'altra famiglia italiana vista li... Risultato finale le mie figlie hanno dovuto dormire con una ragazzina appena conosciuta... Ogni sera dovevamo fare avanti e indietro perché la valigia era unica. Spero booking risolva altrimenti dovrò fare una pessima recensione anche a loro
