Riu Palace Aruba - All Inclusive

My friends you always try to plan the next best place to travel to……once you visit Aruba, if you’re like my wife and I, you found your Happy Place! This Island checks all the boxes….weather, safety, good food,and above all excellent service! Many nice resorts, but our favorite is RIU Palace Aruba. They have the best service of any property I’ve ever visited. The all inclusive food options (especially in Main dining room) are excellent. They are even better than the 4 specialty restaurants available for dinner. We had a newly renovated Jr. Ocean suite that was very comfortable and great updated bathroom. The service is excellent. The employees are very welcoming and many remember us from our previous visit.,,,,like coming home. So looking forward to coming back next year, as they will have completed construction ( closing 4 months this year) highlights are new dining rooms, new pools, swim up rooms with butler services. It will be next level!!!

At Riu Palace Aruba, we were treated poorly despite it being marketed as a family-friendly, all-inclusive resort. I sat at a 4-person table at the buffet to properly assist my 5-year-old child with her meal, and the waitress told me it was “for 4 people” since we were only two. The lack of understanding and basic hospitality was disappointing and unnecessary. By the way, they do not care about your child at all.

HORRIBLE water was cold next day it was out could not shower or even flush toilets ! Room was on 6th floor elevator was out. My son slipped going down the stairs because they were not cleaning up properly being that the stairs were constantly used due to broken elevators phone in room did not work just overall 0/10 more reasons why a no on my tiktok __prettyg titled riu aruba just don’t waste your time or money because when you complain they just smile and say it’s being worked on

We were there from 1/22 to 1/26 - The Pros in no particular order: 1) Best All Inclusive Buffet I've experienced. They are constantly cooking and replenishing which keeps the food fresh.. Great variety! 2) Rooms were renovated. 3) Great location - within walking distance of great restaurants, sports bars, etc. CONS 1) There was one building completely under renovation/construction - it didn't bother me because I was on the 9th floor -- I did hear the noise but it wasn't too bad -- however, those on the lower floors were a bit disturbed 2) The Lobby is VERY dark and dated (clean but very dark) and no one greeted us with welcome drinks -- we had 15 people and 7 rooms... This was a first for me 3) The drinks are COMPLETELY watered down -- the worst I've experienced. I witnessed after they mix the drink they put squirt water in the drinks -- they say it's soda but it's water. If you want a real drink you have to get champagne or wine -- OR ask the waiter to give you a bit more alcohol............ 4) The entertainers by the pool lacked interaction with the guests

Amazing place. Food was unreal (if you can get Marlon at the buffet, he makes your dining feel special). Beach is perfect. Weather is amazing. Overall, best vacation to date.

The Riu Palace Aruba is okay but didn't fully meet expectations for a 4-star resort. The location and beach are nice, but the service was inconsistent and some facilities felt a bit dated. Food was average - buffet gets repetitive after a few days. Not bad, but there are probably better options in Aruba for the price.

Just came back from an amazing trip , 5th in a row and definitely going back in January 2027,stayed in building A ,fully renovated,immaculate room,full ocean view ,room was very clean , check in was fast , always fast also when you know the hotel ,staff were amazing,a shutout to Nelson, Raoul,,and Jack at the pool bar ,and all the other amazing staff at the pool bar , the buffet was great also , the à la carte restaurants never had any issues going in, the new sports bar is amazing plus the food was great ,especially the wings and fries ,all and all I have absolutely nothing negative to say , the entertainment during the day was fun , whoever wondering about the construction noise ,yes there is ,but i didn’t think it was bad at all , can’t wait till all the renovations are done for January 2027 so we can spend another 2 weeks at this beautiful resort,we had 2 beautiful weeks of sunshine in 2026 with a little rain around 6am fir about 15 minutes that’s all ,see you soon Aruba the happy island ❤️

We had such a great time . This was our 3rd time staying at the RIU Palace. The staff it’s amazing. A huge thanks to Kayla Santos, Jose Santos and Luis Rodriguez Rosario for making us feel welcome. Always with a smile and ready to make us laugh . A big thank you to Nancy for always keeping our room very clean. They were very attentive and any questions we had they were always ready to help. All the staff is amazing! Already planing our next stay here with the rest of my Family!

Stayed the week of January 10-17/26 We have been to Aruba numerous times and continue to make the Riu Palace Aruba our choice of hotels. Special mention to Alejandro (Junior) for always taking the time to ensure we have a great stay. The Riu is fortunate to have “Junior” as part of their team. Great job “Junior”!!! Hope to see you again next year with the whole family!
