Waikoloa Colony Villas

This is the first condo experience we have had in travel....and we will stay in condos from now on whenever possible. Two tvs, two bathrooms, plenty of space, complete kitchen, no neighbor noise....fantastic! In fact, we almost bought one. The grounds here are beautiful 2 pools, lush gardens, easy parking, and the entire Waikoloa area is luxurious and green. This side of the island is dry and brown, so the green, garden feel of the resorts feels great. There is a drive to all sight seeing areas, which is a negative, but we'd book again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here October 29th thru November 8th and luckily got assigned a dynamite condo right across from the pool and facing the golf course. When we came back for this trip we didn't get a condo with a good location and the furnishings were less than what we expected, so we asked to be moved, which couldn't happen until the next day and then the water heater in that condo wasn't working and had to be repaired so they offered us a 3 bedroom with 3 bathroom condo, which I liked but my husband wasn't thrilled with, so we waited and finally got into one we were happy with. The first condo just wasn't furnished as nicely. They were very nice to offer us many to look at and choose from until we were happy so kudos to the office staff/management for that.

Me and my son stayed and it was wonderful...the staff were so helpful and understanding..even gave us a late checkout because our plane didnt leave till early evening..they were wonderful and the accomodations were great...absolutely beautiful.

Ideal location. It is close to Shopping Center and 5 star hotels. Not crowded. you can do lot of walking. Lot of fresh air.

THis townhouse-condo was a great place to spend a week. It's more like staying in a home than satying at a hotel room. There's everything a home would have. The complex grounds are beautiful and clean... very well maintained. The pool was very nice, and not busy (adult pool?). It was great having a kitchen and a patio. It looks like all the units face the golf course. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends, and would definitely book it again for myself!
