"Exceptional"

Situated right on the promenade, bus stop right outside from airport. The breakfast was hot no matter what time you went in. The room was all you needed for a comfy stay. It was a really quirky rabbit warren hotel in a nice way. The staff were very friendly and kind. Right in the centre for the railways, buses and shops.

The seagulls here don't sleep at night it was constant all night, earplugs required. But that's not the hotels fault.

Room location at the back of the hotel. 05:30 the kitchen fan started up, like a jet engine! Unable to keep the windows closed as there is no fan in the room. So it was a choice of keeping the bathroom window and Liston the seagulls at all hours!!!

The Hotel was very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful .Breakfast good but sometimes not hot.

No air conditioning or fan. Shower valve needs attention. Passages need a paint job. We still enjoyed our stay.

Great location, super friendly staff. Very clean. Excellent food service. Good entertainment

Room 314: If the bedroom window was open, we got cooking oil smells in the room. Also, there was a drain smell from the ensuite sink. This was reported at the end of our stay and would be looked into.
