Staff where lovely

The noise , the outdated bathroom the doors that didn't fit so you can see the lights outside your room all night , the extreme heat as you can't have the windows open as it's so noisy,

Breakfast was very good . The reception area very welcoming. Staff very friendly & attentive. Cleanliness of room & hotel was excellant

Mattress was very tired & thin. Room 206 Could have done with a shelf in the shower for toilettries & a grab hand rail for safety . The Bathroon fan was very noisey .

"Great place. Great atmosphere great staff. But also bar snook away at back of restaurant so no actual bar area. Get drin"

We loved the location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast

Even with the lift it still involved too many stairs, we had a small rucksack I would have hated to do it with a big case. Also the fire escape routes just deemed to be quite confusing with all the stairs etc. Having once escaped a fire at night I didn’t feel easy with the escape route. They all just seemed to go to the front door. Obviously passed by the fire brigade but I won’t stay again.
