Breakfast lovely. Staff all pleasant

Noise from outside room. Air vent or kitchen vents going on till 11pm. Should have been told. Did ask to swop room in which we did. No improvement in noise.

I arrived to find the staff members happy to go the extra mile for me. My luggage was taken to my room, I had other questions as i had just arrived and they took the time to find the correct information for me. Breakfast was really good as well.

We opted for a premium sea front room and was very pleased how lovely it was. The bed was very comfy, as well as comfy sofa to relax.

I couldn’t open the windows myself so had to get the manager to do so, which wasn’t ideal.

Central location the staff were very pleasant and helpful. They could not have been more accommodating

Lack of car park. Not their fault it was due to sea front location but we managed to find long term car park not too far away

everything went well... staff very friendly and helpful. food amazing . and the view from my room was amazing all across the bay. close enough for me to walk to most places and excellent transport helped make my holiday exceptional

部屋にある暖房設備は稼働しておらず夜は寒かったためチーフと名乗るスタッフに「コンパクトヒーターかストーブが有れば欲しい」と伝えたところ快諾された。しかし夜になっても部屋に届かないため翌日再度お願いした所「既に手配してあるので部屋に届くはずだ」と言われたが結局届く事はなく、滞在中の夜間はとても寒い思いをした。部屋にはエアコンも無く温度調整が必要な季節は要注意のホテルである。

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was 10/10, and plenty of it. It was very central in Douglas, on the sea front. Close to all amenities.

Room small, even though sold as premier, carpet smelt of rotten feet upon arrival. Windows opened to get rid of smell, view of back building wall, and other window of fire escape rusty and full of years of bird droppings. Bathroom too small, burnt leg on radiator while trying to use toilet. The bed had more lumps than my Aunts rice pudding. Room too hot, needed windows open at night to keep cool, kept awake till the early hours by town revelers shouting and swearing. At 5.30 am awoke by a drunken man banging on my door shouting abuse, tried summoning help from admin who did not help. The drunken man set off the fire alarms and the whole hotel had to be evacuated for an hour. No staff, no fire or Police service turned up, left feeling unsafe. The second night the same but without the drunk setting off the alarms. I will not be returning.
