"Nice hotel at end of the promenade, so peaceful stay and on tram route so easy to get to and from tge hustle and bustle"

"Poor not very clean"

Rude staff extremely rude manager needs to learn some customer service skills is in the total wrong job , rooms filthy dirty mould in the shower stains on bedding , food cold and got the whole food order wrong my daughter found a hair in her meal , would never stay here again worse stay in Blackpool in all the years I’ve stayed 😡😡
