Carousel Hotel

That it was away from all the hussle and bussle

Cleanliness has dropped, we have stayed here a few times, but the last 2 stays we had noticed blood splattered stains around the door frame on the stairs, (maybe a fight at some point) we noticed them on our last stay in August and was still there on our stay in November.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay..

The bed were slightly small than what was expected however they weren't that bad though

Good breakfast, clean room, nice staff.

Came Xmas day, had the best time! Food was very good, entertainment was amazing! Booking for next year !! We highly recommend it

Good breakfast,lovely room with great view, pleasant staff.

Xmas parties with music until late our room was directly above the main room where they were having the Xmas parties.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and generally the hotel was excellent value for money

Unfortunately there was one massive disappointment. The bed mattress was the thinnest lowest quality I think you can buy . Very disappointing and hindered two nights good sleep . Whoever responsible for the purchase of these mattresses really needs to reconsider their choice as it they severely impact the reputation of this hotel .
