"Twixmas stay"

Location was convenient for trams. Room size really good. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Bed too small and not comfortable. Shower tiny restricting movement inside cubicle. Poor phone signal but hotel insecure WiFi available. Lighting was good in the room but unable to control ceiling and bedside lights separately, so all on or all off .

The hotel was exceptional clean and the rooms was very warm. Smaller than expected

There was a private function and our room was directly above the. Loud music until 12.30am

"Was ok but we won’t return"

Could park right outside and was free, bed was comfortable

Shower screen really needs a good scrub around the metal as there was lots of black build up and the toilet was also black in the bottom. We were also not told about the dj and music in the celebration suite which went on till 12.30 and there was no way you could sleep through it !

Amazing price Late deal Clean facilities Welcoming staff

Sofa bed really uncomfortable and isn’t quite baby proof but it was fine!!
