It was not clean. All the hotels were booked in the area or I would have left. There was no breakfast offered. Facilities were dirty and there was what looked like dried boogers and blood all over the bathroom and on the door. Please see attached pictures.

I am utterly disgusted by this hotel - from bloody stains on the mattress, no sweeping or vacuuming, six holes in the walls, etc. Their website says it has a pool, hot tub, and breakfast; they lied. This place needs better management, trained cleaning staff, or shut it down completely

....i'd give this hotel a negative 10 if it were possible! Dirty, run down...and downright depressing. How this hotel manages to maintain its franchise license is a mystery. I guess standards have been lowered. While showering...I noticed what at first were water stains at the base of the commode. They were not water stains...they were thick urine stains.

This place needs a good cleaning inside and out. The stairways are dirty. The floor in my room did not look vacuumed. I felt like I was staying with everyone that stayed in there before…

Very nice spacious room. Quiet location. Easy in and out to the freeway. Lot’s of food options nearby. Nice bar and casino in hotel. Friendly staff.

No coffee maker in room.

This property (unknowingly) was under major renovation. construction was ongoing, our room (when assigned) was still dirty, unsecure and the window was broken, open & unable to close. We LEFT without staying, yet they still refused to refund our payment. Finally after MANY phone calls they refunded HALF of it.....pitiful.

This place looks nothing like the pictures. No lights on when you walk in from the unkept parking lot. Room was dirty, had dog hair in the bed and not vacuumed for who knows how long. overall rundown mess

Nothing. The hotel was dirty and smelt awful.

It was disgusting. The floor was dirty. The fan in the bathroom was crusted over in black dust/mold. There was blood/puke stains on the mattress. We left and went to the hotel across the street. We would not recommend staying here!
