Room filthy no hair dryer NO Breakfast Dusty ,towels stained, furniture & carpet worn Said they were remolding no breakfast I asked to speak to Mgr they told me to email him, they should have notified me they couldn’t meet their obligation. Refuse to offer discount

Property is poorly maintained. Bedding full of holes. No breakfast is available as advertised

Not clean we had to vacuum ourselves and the bed linens were torn stain with holes! Also no am breakfast they said under repair for over a year if so this needed information should be known beforehand. Not very happy about this hotel.😛😭

The hotel is old and run down. But even run down can be kept clean. Carpet in the room was worn and stained. My wife opened a large towel after she showered and it was stained. House keeping was non existent. The day manager was asleep in the office several times On Hotels.com it advertised breakfast included. It was not unless a cup of coffee is considered a breakfast. Thanks to Hotels.com for helping us cancel the remainder of our reservation there and providing a credit as an apology

Holes in blankets holes in curtains 3inches of dust smell disgusting

The hotel was undergoing renovation during our stay, but carpets in the available rooms were not all that clean and there were stains on the bedding.

Hotel is in the process of renovating. Very much needed. No breakfast as advertised

Absolutely nothing!

It was filthy. From the entrance, to the hallway, to our room, there was filth. When entering the room, the drapes were lopsided, and there were cigarette burns in the bedspread. I chose not to even look in the bathroom. I left at once although I was not able to get a full refund immediately, but I was given an email address of the manager who did respond quickly and I received a refund.
