The hotel was lovely, clean, welcoming and in a great location near the night market. Breakfast was great.

The rooms werent very sound proff and there were some noisey people staying int he hotel making a noise and banging doors at inconvenient times.

the A/C kept cutting out and had turn it on during the night when I was trying to sleep

SureStay hotel is located in the middle of Vientiane near the night market and where the nightlife is. We had a room in the ninth floor with an awesome view. They have a rooftop bar with exceptional view and it was a pleasure just to walk one level up and down between room and bar, which we did every night. The fitness room is well equipped! They have a good breakfast buffet where you can eat international dishes as well as Asian dishes and fruits. Eggs in all shapes and colors are ordered and served directly from the kitchen. Everything is clean. In the ninth floor you have a nice viewing balcony at the end of the floor, which is also the smoking area. The rooms are functional, nothing more nothing less. Excellent Internet.

The most prominent message in the welcome email was the warning that smoking is prohibited and that you will be fined in case you do it. That was a little awkward! But when you’re actually there the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming and the staff is really friendly!
