SureStay Hotel by Best Western Vientiane

+ The location of the hotel is good, with easy access to local attractions. + The rooftop bar was a nice touch, offering a pleasant view and atmosphere. + The staff was friendly and always greeted with a smile, which made the overall experience more welcoming.

While the staff was friendly, there was a noticeable lack of professionalism in certain aspects. The coffee from the machine was unpleasant, and unfortunately, there were no croissants available at breakfast. The internet was very slow, which made it difficult to stay connected. The hotel had a strong chemical scent due to air fresheners or sprays, which was overpowering and unpleasant. The general atmosphere of the hotel felt a bit lacking in terms of attention to detail and consistency in service.

Smooth check in process with welcome drinks. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The breakfast has a wide selection of Asian and Western choices. The room was very spacious and clean. We have been given a very very quiet room as requested. It's located next to a night market and many bars and temples. They also have security staff for the night.

Odour in the room and breakfast not fresh and much choice also breakfast rotates only 3 songs so I listened to same song twice whilst at breakfast

The road is under construction, a bit inconvenient to stay. However, it’s not the hotel’s fault.
