It was nice, clean but need some work :) staff was amazing :)

Spacious apartment great location and good value.

Amenities says that Air Condition is included and that was one of the reasons we booked this. Although Air Condition was not working. We complained everyday about it and staff said they would fix it. On our checkout, they accepted that there is a fault in AC in entire hotel.

If you get a pool/sea room, the views are amazing. Staff are helpful esp David. Pool is nice and surrounding area is great. However, first room was very smelly and needed some repair wok and the corridors are in a poor state. Plus we were first put in a room that wasn’t suitable for 4 people as there were only 2 single beds and 1 single pull out bed despite booking a room for 4. They brought another camp bed and after 4 days we were moved to a better room when it became available. The smell in the previous room was unbearable and despite them looking into the air conditioning where the smell was coming from they couldn’t rectify the situation. It’s very reasonably priced and in a superb location and the communal areas are nice but a revamp is necessary.

We were a group of 17 women ranging from ages 19 to 62 years old, and none of us had a moan about anything, clean, beds were comfy, views were brilliant, close to beach, shops and restaurants, not noisy at all at night, pool was kept immaculate. Toilets by pool were kept clean through out the day, staff were polite and helpful

Noisy one night. Mosquitoes can enter the room. The floor was not nice. Hotel parking although empty needs extra payment. Staff was great.

The hotel was great value for money. Its in a brilliant location close to shops bars etc. Its quite dated but expected this for the price. Its a shame the down sides of the stay could easily be rectified. The man on reception was the most miserable man I've ever met. He refused us table tenis bats at 10pm as it was too late! My 6 year old daughter was disappointed! I also had to go to reception to ask for extra sheets as the sofa bed wasn't made up - to be huffed and puffed at and told the hotel is full! There was a lifeguard at the outdoor pool which rarely had anyone in, but the indoor pool was always busy with no lifeguard! For the price i would recommend this hotel, they just need to sort the issues out ive mentioned
