Friendly staff with fantastic views. Could do with an update in some areas. But was clean. Would stay again.

Old hotel, definetely will not come back to this hotel. The apartment was dirty and I had to called somebody to clean it. A lady went inside the apartment and she sweeped the floor 15 seconds and that's all. I had to leave the hotel on the same day I came. Very disappointed. Pictures are not the same as the website. The only good about it was the receptionist man, Fernando was excellent and he apologised for everything.

As per previous reviews, it is dated, but did the job for us. Well run and good location

Extremely friendly staff, very hygienic pool, food, rooms etc. Rooms are slightly dated but we really only used it to sleep at night. Great location with absolutely outstanding view.

Few faulty items but quickly resolved. Enjoyed staying there good environment and goi Location.

Great experience with hubby and kids, spacious house close to the beach. Well maintained and comfortable. Great and effective staff support too.

Great apartments , staff are brill, there is only a few staff running breakfast and the bar and they are lovely, they do what they can for you and are great with the kids, the lady that does entertainment with the kids is lovely , it’s only a small entertainment but the kids enjoyed it, if they had more entertainment on a lot more people would stick around at the bar on an evening as this was the only reason we went out, We arrived in palma at 7am check in isn’t until 2pm but the staff made sure our room was done up and ready for 11am which was great thank you for a pleasant stay and keep up the good work 👍

The stay was ok excellent location but the hotel is very outdated.

Big spacious apartment that was spotless clean, yes some of the fixtures and fittings are old some of our floor tiles were cracked but it really didn't matter.staff are fantastic ,very helpful ,accommodating our late check out and some great local tips of where to eat and places to visit. Good location right on beach front and well placed for walking to palmanova, magaluf,portals nous.

Hotel location was wonderful, right on the beach, staff especially David were friendly and very helpful. Apartments where very big and roamy, they were clean and had all you needed for a short stay.
