Location, view and breakfast were great!

Innkeeper ignored us. Too interested in something on the computer when we came in for breakfast and not one word said when we checked out. Quite odd.

Wonderful hotel on the water! We adored our stay.

The breakfast was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. The property has great views of Rockport and the surrounding area. We stayed in-the Bullfinch house which is historic. Famous architect of the past.

Something that was said at the desk made me believe we were given one of the worst rooms due to booking with a third party. Tiny room divided bath with tiny shower with hard to use faucet that made it easy to burn yourself. Place felt and looked dusty. Loved the setting view and food service and most of the staff except grumpy manager.

We love the place. We would definitely come back. The water from the shower took a while before it warmed up. (Getting picky…the rug could be replaced….) The staff were awesome! Their breakfast was great! I would give it a 4.9!!! It is not ADA accessible, but that was in the information regarding the facility.

Absolute best stay, and the most beautiful Inn! Mike the General Manager was outstanding, and Claire the server was adorable. Cant wait to stay next year!

The breakfast offered was very enjoyable. The lunch was pricey.

The bathroom sink was clogged. I didn't expect a plumber as it was Labor Day weekend, but they didn't even take a look or try Drano. The jacuzzi jet shot water right over the tub onto the floor. I've never seen so much dust on lamps. I took a photo! Stairs down to the front door were tricky. The pool water was green.

Very clean. Great location. Beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.

Nothing not to like.

Breakfast was great and the dinning room was lovely.

I was traveling alone but it was obvious that the inn was not full, yet I was still given a very small room on the side of the inn facing the street.
