You do not want me to share my experience with friends! It was not a pleasant experience. I booked a queen suite that was to have a jetted tub and fireplace. You gave me #5, that doesn't have a jetted tub, fireplace doesn't work, couldn't get sound to work on TV. Staff was unable to solve problem except to move us to room #2. OMG "We upgraded you to a king" seriously! I wanted what I booked. TV is way too small, couldn't see from bed or chairs. Tub had jets but didn't work, and it took a solid hour to fill. Oh wait fireplace worked. This way over priced because I didn't get what was advertised. Best Western would have been a better choice, would have gotten what I paid for. A full day has gone by and no contact from management! Totally unexceptable! I want a refund! This was for a special occasion and you ruined it.

Nothing. This shouldn’t be considered a hotel. It’s a home.

Everything. I cant believe this is labeled as a hotel when it’s nowhere near being one.

Caring people and warm welcoming was really good. Lady at the reception was so kind to us.

Wash basin was not inside the toilet but in the room.

This quaint cottage hotel was so cute. We enjoyed our stay. They offer a happy hour reception and specialty made to order breakfast. The staff is very friendly. Some things are dated but the atmosphere and staff make up for it. Would definitely stay again.

I have loved this property since I was a little girl. My mom was once an inn keeper there and the houndstooth back then was beautiful! It was Victorian all the rooms were different and it was just a special experience to share with your loved ones to get away.

This property has been going downhill for a while and this last time always made me want to cry. It has so much potential and yet you just see it deteriorated. Our first room was not cleaned all the way and the fireplace didn’t work. The wonderful lady that helped us was very sincere and understanding and gave us another room. Both rooms had carpet stains and you could tell just the wear and tear of the building that it’s not maintained like it used to be. Our spa had a bad faucet so it took the tub forever to fill up. This building and its character use to be beautiful it’s just sad to see the condition it’s in now.
