Quality Inn & Conference Center

Ok so nothing is perfect. If you are paying less then 90$ per night for a room you have nothing you can complain about. This is our third time back in about five years. We have a tour director mike we have used for years and he always recommends this place.. We were disappointed that the outdoor pool is not there anymore despite it being advertised on their website. You can see where at one point this was a great hotel.. but now.. it is run as a 2 star hotel. There is peeling paint in the entry way to the hotel.. and on the outside of the building.. there is old cars out in back of the property. Breakfast is basic at best.. But what do you expect for $79 per night for 3 people!?? If I were to spend $149 per night then I would complain.. but for a base rate you get what your paid for.. Front desk overnight guy was really nice and clearly new the area.. He even brought us pillows to our second floor room.. Again you get what you paid for.. So dont complain if everything is not perfect.. because its not what you pay for. brian

Dated facility, smelled old and musty. Room not clean.

Sorry, but I took points off because once I gave the FOM; my name, I wasn’t thanked for begin a Choice Privilege Member or given any points or welcome gifted. I did use points for my stay but he didn’t explain any of that. He was polite & friendly. It looks like they are working on reinventing this property, it does need it. The ceiling in my room needs to be fixed. Wi-Fi needs to upgrade weak. But overall for one night is was nice. Breakfast Needs a lot of work: very week. The average rating: Wi-Fi was not working & very week, breakfast was not good & just need to make the place better. But remember you get what you pay for. To the owners of the hotel: You need to fix the pool area: you filled it in with grass but why not turn it into an amazing place to sit out side and relax. Need to put nice chairs, Tiki Torches, some nice soft lighting, a fire-pit made some plants in container. Take down the chain link fence that is in bad shape. Remember, everyone judges a place by the way it look & first impression are the most important. Put a grill out side so if people want to grill they. Plus, you have a full kitchen, If it was me I would turn that place into a great little Pub with great food & fun.

This was the worst hotel...smelled, the beds were awful, we had to change rooms because the bed was so bad that you couldn't lay down without falling into the middle. Definitely do not stay here...completely run!

blood on the bathroom floor and on the outer side of toilet bowl. it felt dangerous and filthy

Reception staff was nice. Bed was clean. Room and hall smelled musty. Pube on Bathroom floor. Ants in dining area. Sliding window did not lock. Woodwork broken and missing. Styrofoam plates and cheap plastic utensils with breakfast.

Stain on comforter. Smelled mildew throughout the whole building

This property was dirty and beat up. The free breakfast was disgusting.

Pool area dirty old and outdated and sauna gross should be taken down
