Quality Inn & Conference Center

The staff was friendly but the care and cleanliness of the place was terrible. Very outdated rooms, stains on sheets, floor had not been vacumed, carpet was coming up and raveling in spots, large cobwebs etc. behind curtains, crown molding falling down and not installed properly.

This Hotel is totally nasty!!!!! Honestly looks like an abandom hotel in horror movies, carpet on the floor was durty full of dirt, the bathroom? Ohhh boy I counted my seconds just to get out of there. Breakfast? Fruits were old you can tell, also the pastries, so I only ate scrambled eggs because they had too cook them everyday...story long short we came back 3 days earlier because we couldnt stand the extremely poor clesness.

Do not stay here. The rooms smell. The hallways smell of sewage and it is not clean. I felt like I was going into a hotel where they book rooms by the hour! I have since found out that it is a haven for the homeless people in the area. We could not stay in the room so went to the Hampton Inn next door which I highly recommend! We have complained to the corporate office and the booking site and never received an answer or a refund.

Room was clean, bed was adequate. Everything worked. Micro, fridge, air and tv. Ceiling was falling down in the room. No elevator. Stairs were indoors but on outside corridor. Breakfast was good. Staff was cheery. I felt like I should have paid $75 instead of $125.

During the heat wave over the weekend I stay the AC in my room didn’t work was blowing out hot air and was given a fan.

We had a nice stay her, the manager was very nice and friendly. The room was large and roomy. The hotel is an older one but well maintained. We used a coupon from the coupon book and it was accepted without a question. i used the pool and it was clean and enjoyable. The breakfast area was well kept and very good. Would stay here again without question.

It was very run down was dirty ,the outside of hotel was rundown...

The rooms, hotel, and amenities; restaurant, pool, as a whole were outdated, dingy, and off putting. The air conditioning hardly worked in our room we found numerous bugs; beetles, centipedes, flies, in the bathroom and bedroom. The ceiling in our room was painted pink and everything within the room, hallways, and outside was decrepit and disgusting. We were thankful that we were only staying there one night.

Very nice and helpful staff; comfortable room; good breakfast in the morning. Hotel needs a remodel and hallways smell pretty bad but, overall, a good deal for the money.

Friendly and warm staff gave well advised suggestions and wide variety and tasty breakfast.
