Quality Inn & Conference Center

I atay at Quality/Comfort Hampton Inns quite a lot. Generally they are well maintained and clean. This property is older and in need of major renovations. The stairwells were dirty, stained and I would not have been comfortable in them except there was only 1 flight. The rooms are older and need new carpets. The floor in the dining area was squeaky and sticky. My biggest problem is htat the Air Conditioner did not work/. It was so hot in the room!! The manager was very nice and brought us a fan for the night and that made all the difference. The breakfast was ok - good juices sausage, eggs and of course the waffles. Muffin choice could have been better but overall very acceptable. I understand there is new management and I believe he is trying hard to improve the hotel. However without renovations and upgrades to the heat/ac systems that can not happen. He was very helpful. The place was booked solid and we were not the only ones with cooling issues - just the first to bring to his attention. I will not stay here again ( or in the one next door) until after the renovations are done.

This hotel was God-awful It was left behind in the 1970’s. It needs a total make over. Facilities and rooms were filthy. Never again

The rooms (bathrooms were dirty ) had to change our room . Hallways no air conditioning.

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed. Its outdated. Service is very poor. Air conditioner is not working to its fullest. Overall house keeping is sub-standard. I really dont have anything good to say about this Hotel.

Rooms a/c did not work..was moved to another room.. this Quality Inn was the worst I have ever stayed inn.. breakfast was bad ants crawling behind the toaster.. thank god we stayed one night

I have to this was by far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty , sheets were stained and looked like they hadn't been changed in a long time like they just remaded the bed with the same sheets. Bathroom was also dirty had to wear my flip flops in the shower. Room was terribly painted,AC didnt work right and fridge wasnt cold at all. My room nimber was 106. In just the past week this is the 3rd one i have stayed at while on my vacation. I really hope they do something about this. I enjoy staying with quality inns but this has put a very bad taste in my mouth. Also the view outside my window was a pool that was filled with dirt and grass. Not a nice view at all i would rather have looked at the road tgen that

They must have had a flood recently. The lobby smelled rank.. My first floor handicapped room had serious damage in the bathroom, toilet base broken and put together with glue. no toilet paper dispenser, Tile set along top of toilet was cut to allow access to flush mechanism, but not sanded down, so could cause a serious cut.Floor/rug had some chemical on it that caused my feet to tingle... So had to wear my shoes at all times.
