Quality Inn & Conference Center

The lobby and check in area did not look very clean and the carpets were filthy, it had a musty smell when you walked in the doors. My room was decent except for the fact that some of the carpet was wet in my room next to my bed.

Had to change room, lamp out & sink water did not drain. Second room entry card did not work, no ironing board, no room maintenance service on first day, tub water drained slow, and TV did not work on third night. We will not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was not very clean. When we got in our room the toiletries from the previous guest were still in the shower. The duvet covers were stained as well. The sauna does not work, the pool area is falling apart and dirty, and the restaurant/bar was not opened ( aside from a mediocre breakfast in the morning). We will not be going back.

6.2 rating is about right. Room was clean, maybe a little on the small side. Hotel has what they showed in pictures. Breakfast was okay though the coffee did not agree with me. Small odor in the hotel, not bad but I did notice it. Front desk people fast to check in and out of hotel. Internet was slow.

The property was a disgrace! The halls and stairway were dirty and not taken care of.Would think twice before checking into a Quality Inn again.

Do not stay here. You would be better off sleeping in your car. Room smelled, stains everywhere on walls and carpets, disgusting shower, homeless guy snoring/moaning in the lobby. Dont go here. It is not worth the money.

Decent place to stay for a stop over - room was perfectly adequate

I Had a bad stay at this motel in Vermont THE Maintenance Worker was very nasty to me IT was over a plug in the bath room he got mad at me for going to the front desk telling them there was no plug in the bath tub and called me a bad name.

Were we able to get our money back upon arriving we would have just left. The pool needs work and the pool area was dirty and full of cobwebs. Rooms were so outdated, shower water was lukewarm at best. The A/C quit late at night, floor was soaked room got hot quick. The front desk did find a fan for us, but it’s not the same as A/C. A bad experience all around. Breakfast was good and staff was as accommodating as possible under the circumstances .. Hampton Inn next door may be a better choice....

They went through 4 toom keys before reprogramming the door lock on our room. Took them over a half hour from check in to fix this. Ice machine was out of service. Hotel smelled.
