Quality Inn & Conference Center

I would’ve given this a higher rating but the cleanliness wasn’t great. The in room refrigerator and microwave was not clean and rather old.

Upon arrival Charlie was very welcoming! However we did ask for a more quiet room, the room however was not quiet.. People were in and out of the workout/pool all throughout the morning. Beds were comfy, and they give you four pillows. The bathroom could use some updating.. The only issue that had me on alert was the connecting door to the other room opened- while my family was sleeping. I noticed it as I got up to use the bathroom. Creepy, and I felt unsafe. So Quality Inn, you need to make sure all your doors are locked to the connecting room for customers safety.

Dark and dingy. Needs to be updated with brighter decor and clean furniture.

The indoor pool. I didn't use it, but it looked nice.

Remember that you are staying at a Quality Inn off an interstate and you'll be fine. All staff I interacted with was very friendly and check in and check out were super easy and fast. Location-wise, it was very convenient.

As long as you go in understanding that this is a Quality Inn of the interstate, you'll be fine.

When I arrived at the front desk to check in I ended up having to go searching for a front desk person. (They were getting cookies.). The area by the back door was creepy and the door did not appear to be locked at night. The hallway was dingy. The room however, was clean and comfortable. The hotel was rated a 2 star which I totally agree with-which I told the woman that booked this.

The breakfast was very good, good variety. Property was old and in need of TLC. Carpets wer tattered and stains on the room carpet. Paper was peeling off the wall at the seems

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We like the proprietor, very friendly and tries hard but I think that there is too much that needs doing and they will always be playing catch up. Very large facility, and because it is all ground floor it is sprawling, the internet is spotty at best and perhaps it is just because the facility is near capacity that we were bumped off the internet and could not get on, however it could be that, plus they need WiFi extenders through out the facility to ensure connection and speed. There are other issues as well. The restaurant has just been taken over by another manager and they are now open with a limited menu. We waited 15 minutes to be brought a menu and then another 10 minutes for our order (fish and chips). Had to ask for vinegar and when it was brought it was in a very tiny dish. No necessary condiments on the table, ie salt and pepper as well as ketchup. My fish was tepid at best while my husband’s was steaming hot. Only 5 other diners in the restaurant at this time. All in all not a good dining experience. Large restaurant with lots of potential but definitely not being used to it’s best. Voices and conversations were heard by all as there was no soft background music or even a television to muffle the other diners. While the bathroom contained ample towels, the sink takes 10 minutes to drain and as you can see by pics, the blow dryer was removed and never replaced (thank goodness I carry my own)! Bathroom light decided to dim down to almost non existent this morning so it was very hard to use the shower, wash face etc. in such a dim light. Again, super nice proprietor, tries hard but there are a lot of challenges!

Breakfast was ample. Dinner not so tasty, Staff were polite. No fan in bathroom. Freezer section of room refrigerator needed defrosting. Paint peeling in hallways. Wood rotting on outside of building.
