The property is old. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I am a frequent business traveler. Concerns and reason for this rating are: prior water leak, 1st floor ceiling, large stain on ceiling tiles approx 9 sq feet. Light flickering/nearly out, 2nd floor, near entrance to our room, # 212. Felt like a Humphrey Bogart movie. Carpet on stairs nearest our room to the second floor frayed. In room: took 2 tries pushing bathroom light switch before light turned on. (wife could not turn on bathroom light, needed my help) Half-dozen motorcycles were parked overnight in the area reserved for cars to park for a few moments while guests check in.

Stayed three nights w my lab. Place is dirty, poorly maintained and clearly understaffed. Prepaid to get better rate, if I hadn't I would have walked out immediately. Was in second floor room, so quiet, but stairway looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and smelled nasty. People from apartment building next door hanging around side exit door. Staff poorly dressed and unkempt. NOTHING well maintained. Don't stay here!!!

I didn’t like anything about this location. The lobby was musty smelling like mildew.

The hotel needs some major renovations. Paint was chipped and peeling in rooms as well as stairwells. Plaster was completely gone in some stairwells. Rugs all had stains, our ice bucket wasn't usable as it had mold. Website advertised they had a restaurant and bar. Neither were open. Breakfast was free and was adequate so long as you got there first thing. The hotel was full and there did not seem to be enough food to feed the number of people checked in. Indoor pool room was so hot I'm not sure you could enjoy it. Ice machine on second floor was not working and the hike to the first floor ice machine was a pain.The few staff we spoke to were very helpful and pleasant. Hotel itself needs a major facelift.

Dirty, peeling paint, loitering people, just plain creepy. We arrived at night to find an empty front desk. Should have turned around and left then. I would choose sleeping in the car over this place.

Good for the price and location. It the best but not the worst hotel

Toilet initially would not flush. Would fill to rim before slowly drain taking 4 to,5 flushes. Management arrived to say MUST keep handle down during cycle, still taking 5 tries to flush, The sink would not drain and filled to brim making it unusable . No high level management available but clerk said someone would call me and make an adjustment in bill but as of yet no one has even called. Why would anyone give this place a good review?

The low price should have warned me but I believed in the brand. I thought a Quality Inn would meet a certain standard. This place was way below par. Dirty windows, sticky floor in the breakfast area, broken plaster, room refrigerator needed defrosting, no plug in the bathtub.
