Great smooth check-in! Really appreciate front desk assistant (didn't catch the name) that helped us out with switching the reservation, and acting very professionally. The hotel is simple and clean.

Convenient and cheap. The breakfast was a bit inedible and the rooms are in need of an update, but overall it was a pleasant place to sleep.

I booked this room for my daughter after a wedding in Vermont . She is really easy going but the room was uninhabitable . She drove home . I did receive a refund. Hopefully they will improve.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever visited! The hallway carpeting had wear and tear down to the floor beneath the carpeting leaving huge worn spots in the hall. There was no elevator so we lugged 3 suitcases up the stairs and the walls in the stairwell were literally falling apart and had huge gaps between the stair carpeting and walls. We got to the hotel room and the carpet looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Other visitors we passed in the hall were all complaining of issues with their room keys. The property was down right dirty and clearly not being cared for. I took a picture of the hallway carpeting and the stairwell before we told the front desk that we were not going to stay there. Quality Inn should be ashamed to be associated with this property! The front desk said they could not give us our money back since we booked through Expedia. Overall, this was a horrific experience and we ended up having to find another hotel with availability in the area which was not easy being it was 8:30 on a Friday night, a holiday weekend and peak foliage in Vermont. If Expedia is not able to provide a refund, I will not be booking hotels this way again. Please let me know the best contact information for speaking with the appropriate Expedia representative to follow up on our concerns. Thank you in advance.

Keep this as a last resort option. Carpets all around are filthy.

Basic hotel, nothing special just convenient to the area to see the fall foliage

Hotel needs a major renovation. Stained carpets, badly in need of paint, very sad looking hotel Many hotels in the area. No need to stay here. Plus the rate was $225. You would think for that price they could afford to fix up the place!

room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Bar and restaurant needs more selections bar staff did a good job.

Property looks dated. In guest room 144, the crown molding is falling the wall/ceiling. Also, the red painted ceiling is showing some major peeling. Frankly, the choice a dark colored ceiling paint makes no sense at all. Makes the room feel like a cave.

The hotel is disgusting the hallways and stairs carpeting is filthy. The bathroom vent was black with mold. The towels that were placed nicely on the towels hand black handprints on them the carpet in the room was nasty many stains. The telephone numbers on the phone were black with filth. The bathroom light switch was dirty and cracked. The sink and tub drains looked rusty the tissue dispenser was rusty not worth the $150.. per night pig pen.
