CN餐厅的服务生都很热情，以及房间清洁的工作人员也很优秀。
感觉前台很不专业，check in站柜台前等他跟别人讲了五分钟电话，期间也没有让我稍等之类的歉意；卢克索的码头在一个离城区很远的郊外，打车非常不方便。

The boat always docks close to other boats, and their noise makes it difficult to sleep. Entertaining is lacking. The tour package is expensive compared to options that one can book locally.

预定前根本联系不上，让人觉得很迷茫，有问题没有人解答，邮轮在阿斯旺的登船地址不对，实际在Aswan City Max hotel对面

DECN船上的餐厅，前台等员工服务还不错。
船上的员工服务很不错，本来想给10$小费的，因为上船的前一天按照booking的地址找不到船东，只找到了一个叫pyramid的酒店，于是打电话给booking 给的电话，36小时内打了无数次电话，都无人接，无奈只得第二天给预订好的包车司机加了10$，他给我们找到了上船地点，在这里投诉booking提供错误信息，造成的10$损失请赔付我并直接转给船上的员工。
