"If I had toured the facility before reserving I would not have stayed."

Location

Needs to be updated in order to make it cleaner. Carpet is old and looks dirty. One screen had a very large whole in it - looked suspicious for some kind of nefarious activity.

The location was good.

It was dirty! The sheets were all stained and the entire place smelled. Staff were not friendly and breakfast was poor!

"God awful will never stay again."

Minimal

Had no working air conditioning on very hot day. Had to ask them to get the circuit breaker turned on so the main floor bathroom lights worked while I waited two hours to get in my room. They have not made repairs in the rooms and what they have were dangerous see pictures. Non-working phones couldn't call front desk, Had to hold dirty shower head because attatchment to tub enclosure had been cut exposing jagged metal edge. No screens on the two windows on the two different rooms they tried to put me in. Individuals changing sheets ( or so they claim) had left personal phone on the floor in the room. Dirty sheets.
