Camelback Lodge & Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark

Our stay was wonderful the staff was great! Especially Helen was so helpful and made our stay even more amazing.

Great place for kids under 2

It’s loud. It’s not for our family vacation. We prefer to a quiet place. A baby next to our room cried for about two hours in a midnight.

Overall cleanliness could be improved. Check in and out took longer than should have.

My family loved the beautiful views outside, the firepit was definitely a face. We also enjoyed our time on the mountain coaster. The only downside was that the indoor waterpark felt a little lacking.

I had to change the date from Aug 15-17 to Aug 8-10. I book through Expedia so I called them on July 30th to switch the date. They told me that the resort charges one night to change the date. They did reach out to the resort so they can see if they can not charge me a one night fee for changing but the resort said that I had to pay. I think that is ridiculous since I’m sure they booked that room. Indoor water park couldn’t ring up lifeguard shirt then decided to get water case and credit card machine was not working paid cash but couldn’t open register to give change * waiting 45min to 1 hour for food inside water park because staff missed placed the tocket * Several slides not working ( the drop one ( 2) The one with the nets * Room smelled like feet * Draws didn’t close kept coming open * Couch bed took work to pull out * No do not disturb sign in the room * Aug 9 indoor water park slide shut down then power went out. Appreciate outdoor water pass but with a senior we prefer indoor * Called at 4:30 to see if indoor was open for atleast the wave pol and was told no * Buffet didn’t open until 7:10 but Chris and Josh were amazing * Water pouch didn’t last one day. If has a gash in it * Water shoes didn’t last a day the top part came off

Typical Pocono waterpark “mess” - you just expect it and live with it, been going there for 10 years, still total break down in business processes, feeling of how they trying to scam you, clueless personal etc - just the way they always operated bc they can afford it - still booked out (example of scam - tip automatically included in breakfast check but not stated anywhere - not a word of that fishy charge - while everything else is itemized and explained. Or some prepaid outdoor roller coaster not working bc of the weather but no one knows about it at customer service desk and keep sending me to different places to figure out what’s happening, shame on management for not able get their customer service together- since opening every time there is something along same lines - under trained stuff… ohh and a new low - paid self parking - imagine you drive to Walmart, park outside and then have to pay for parking $25 when you walk in to spend thousands…here is an idea - start charging for breathing air around property

Everything was nice the only problem we had was that they overcharged us twice, and then we had to leave we had to leave early and not finished our vacation because they took all of our money.

How can a room be booked for four days, Monday through Thursday, without it ever being cleaned? I called to ask for a cleaner, but no one answered.
