I was supposed to get a ticket to Aquatopia. The receptionist didn't give it to me, and I had to pay for it, even though it included six tickets to Aquatopia. When I went to Aquatopia, I explained, they said it had nothing to do with them, that it was the hotel's business. I don't know if it's the same name, or cameback.

Check in process was good. The front desk clerk was very helpful ! The property is big and so much to do. The food at the onsite restaurants was good. Enjoyed the stay!

I paid for a room with a beautiful view and the safe was broken so they changed the room to a balcony which it was to scary for my kid so they changed us to an even worse room over seeing. The front lobby all they gave me was $50 credit . I paid for a view not a lobby . I would never return great Wolfe lodge is a lot better

Dog friendly that’s why we booked it but definitely not for couples without kids if that makes sense . The spa is also not in the hotel or resort and 12 min into town. Massage was good. We didn’t make it to the water park it looked over crowded and hour long waits to do anything . We essentially avoided our resort and went out around the area instead.
