Camelback Lodge & Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark

First of all, I didn’t get my four tickets for aqua Topia when I got there they’re saying contact Expedia they supposed to give it to you so I was getting the runaround experience are ready was getting worse. Other thing is I it was dog poop on my whole strip floor so I’m already bad experience so

On a recent day trip to Camelback Waterpark, my experience was marked by both enjoyment and unexpected challenges. The park's vibrant atmosphere, coupled with thrilling attractions, created an exciting environment for guests of all ages. However, while taking a brief stroll to purchase a beverage, I encountered an unfortunate incident. I slipped on a piece of pineapple that had been left on the floor, resulting in a painful fall. The impact led to my knee swelling significantly, resembling the size of a grapefruit. This unforeseen event caused some distress, as mobility became increasingly difficult. Given the circumstances, I promptly approached the front desk to request a room on a lower floor, which would facilitate easier access while I managed my swollen knee. Unfortunately, the staff informed me that the hotel was at full capacity, leaving us without immediate accommodations to alleviate our situation. In summary, although the day was filled with excitement and adventure by my family. I remained in the room elevating my knee as I was not able to maneuver around the waterpark, it also served as a reminder of the importance of safety within bustling environments. Despite the setback, the staff's professionalism and efforts to assist were appreciated, highlighting their commitment to guest satisfaction even amidst the challenges of peak occupancy.

Beds were comfortable and AC was good. Matt at the pool bar is the best!

Several rides were closed

It was my very 1st time and when I tell you it exceeded my expectations. It was amazing and I could book now for next year.

The front desk manager was nice and the staff was welcoming the restaurant could have better hours
