Great Wolf Lodge Traverse City

Very welcoming

Check-in is a very long process and very picky about having drivers license and credit card of only person that made reservation (no spouses). Hours of waterpark are too short!!

The check in process was a little crazy. I had to talk to a staff member while also using a kiosk. She was asking my questions while at the same time I had to scan cards and answer questions at the kiosk. I was also unaware of the $19 per night parking fee (I may have missed this on the hotels.com listing). The waterpark was great, I wish you could take the towels up to your room instead of freezing waiting for one of only 2 elevators. The food is incredibly pricey. The room was cute but for $400 I expected a little more luxury. All in all my kids had a great time but the price is prohibitive to returning.

Place is nice but they charge you for parking really?

For the most part our room was okay but definitely not for the price. The bed was very lumpy, the headboard was loose and noisy. The air conditioner could not be on "auto" or it sounded like a jet engine and did not regulate the temperature in the room, keeping us from restful sleep.

We love Great Wolf. Always a fun and enjoyable experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff and great waterpark.

Very worn. The people below me were smoking outside, so I could not enjoy my balcony. When I spoke to the front desk, the person was not helpful. I will not be staying here again.

Great Wolf Lodge was great. The staff were great. The only negative is that there seems to be really poor Lyft and Uber service around Traverse City.

We had a blast. They had cool quests for the kids . The kids loved the water park. All around we had a great experience.

I really loved the staff the experience everything was great nothing to complain about
