Had a wonderful time during our stay. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and helpful! Nice dining choices although we did door dash once for a different option and to save a few $$. I let my kids talk mama bear into riding each water slide when I’d only planned on watching them enjoy-I’M SO GLAD I DID! Over all, Fantastic Trip!

Loved my stay at Great Wolf Lodge! I stayed there during Halloween time and there were so many activities every hour of the day going on for my kids. I have 2 kids under 2 and they had a blast! This place is better than Disney World for younger kids. I loved that all of the activities and indoor water park were all included with my room reservation. Awesome place! Will definitely good back.

Got charged $95 when I checked in for room damage fee but was never reimbursed even though it was left in perfect shape. Nobody will talk to me aboit it, will never stay there again and was a regular customer.

We arrived at the hotel at around 5:00. Check-in time was 4:00 yet we had to wait over half an our to get access to our room, not getting in until 5:30. Half of the water park was shut down for part of our stay. The manager took our name and room information and said we would be receiving 1/2 off of our stay. We have not received any reimbursement yet, even though it has been over 2 weeks. Another option was to get a free night's stay. We did not receive a certificate or anything for a free night either.
