"Beautiful Christmas retreat!"

This family owned hotel was absolutely wonderful! The bread, pastries,and jams were homemade and delicious. Everything was cozy and clean. The view of the Matterhorn from the room far exceeded my expectations! The staff were so helpful and friendly. I absolutely loved this place!

"Small, quaint inn with a family feel."

Service and staff were wonderful. Lots of cute extra’s like cookies in your room. Very helpful with restaurants and lift passes. The breakfast was nice.

The room was not as pictured and extremely small. The bathroom was a wet room, making it hard to keep the floor dry.

"Great stay in Zermatt"

The room had an amazing little deck and view of the Matterhorn. Our bed was comfy, the breakfast was delicious, and the location perfect. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed the spa while we were there. We stayed in one of the larger hotels in Wengen and the Bella Vista in Zermatt was 100x better!

"Great place to stay in Zermatt"

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We booked a room with a nice patio with great views of the Matterhorn. The bed was super comfortable. The included breakfast offers a wide selection of homemade baked goods. There's a wellness area for adult guests to use which is extensive and unique. The on-site restaurant offers a limited menu, and the food is all homemade and delicious. I highly recommend the Hotel Bella Vista.
