Location location location! Staff so very helpful and polite. Always happy, welcoming and kind. Beds comfortable and views outstanding.

Very small communal area and asked to leave by 9pm. Not the best tea/coffee facilities in rooms. Choice in menu limited. I feel the cost of hotel is quite expensive.
