Дуже гарні матраци і розташування.

Персонал не гнучкий. Зранку ми запланували сніданок для того. Щоб взяти його із собою, але персонал закладу не дозволив нічого брати, тому що це не по правилах. Ми пояснили що взяли сніданок саме для цього, але персонал не зважав на це і просто взяв з нас 30 фоанків за каву. Звісно нашу їжу вони викинули. Вважаю що це не клієнторіжн овно і не відповідає стандартам збереження природи, як вони позиціонують себе.

What an incredible place. The location is perfect, with the most spectacular view of the Matterhorn, it genuinely took my breath away. The hotel has such a calming and peaceful vibe, and from the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. What truly sets Bella Vista apart though? The staff. They’re the magic sauce, attentive, kind, and genuinely lovely people. They weren’t just helpful, they were a joy to chat with, making the whole experience feel so personal and warm. The accommodation was beyond comfortable, with so many thoughtful little touches that made me feel truly cared for. It’s clear that a lot of love goes into everything they do here. And the breakfast? Outstanding. All homemade produce, prepared with love and attention, it felt more like a gift than a meal. I absolutely loved it here 🥰 and would return in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang, geräumiges Zimmer mit grosser moderner Dusche/WC. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Schöner Balkon mit direkter Sicht aufs Matterhorn (Zimmer "Horu" 19). Die Betten waren super bequem

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, vielseitig und sehr viel war hausgemacht in sehr guter Qualität. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Ausblick war hervorragend.

Cozy place with beautiful view to Matterhorn

The staff was amazing. Ita a family runned hotel , very helpful and nice people. What a great view.

There is nothing to not like except my room on 1st day it was at the top the room height made me colostophorbic , but then I paid extra and got my self a beautiful extra large space

The room was bright and there was even a skylight as we had the top floor. The place was clean and the breakfast was awesome!

There was a very steep slope leading to the hotel. Walking up and down with luggage is not an easy feat.

The breakfast was outstanding and the owners & staff were so helpful and friendly. The view of the Matterhorn is spectacular from the terrace and our bedroom balcony. The spa area was spotlessly clean
